What I like best about Marta’s approach is that becoming healthy and fit is all about habits and small changes.
There are no drastic diets, special foods, or long workouts required. Just several consistent workouts a week and a planned, balanced, healthy diet.
All of it is incredibly doable with minimal change to my daily life. I am amazed and how much she has helped me accomplish in so short a time, in both weight loss and strength training.
